SHIPPING AND DELIVERY GUIDELINES
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. You'll receive an email notification containing your tracking number as soon as your package sets off.
Expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days.
RETURN POLICY
Due to spiritual reasons, we do not accept returns for any Hapé and applicators (kuripe and tepi). However, for any other item, you are welcome to initiate a return within 14 days. You have the option to request a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.
To qualify for a return, ensure the item is in unused condition, maintaining the same state as when it arrived.
For all return and exchange requests, contact us via info@axebrazil.com. Include your name, order number, and item details in your message. An email will be sent to you, containing your authorization number and the designated return address.
Please note that return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will initiate the refund process back to your original payment method.
